Thanks to Retro Arcade Night at Arcade Game Sales (829 N. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale), you no longer have to do weird things in the privacy of your own darkened room. Instead, you can gather with your fellow hip nerds and rock all the classic, retro, and newer arcade games you want for just ten bucks! And, for the ball-whacking bunch, there are pinball machines aplenty. If the promise of unlimited joystick is not enough to get you hopping from your cube to this one (Q*bert, anyone?), consider the bonus of this cube being located between Radio-Active Records and Babylon Tattoo. How cool will it be to watch your high score being tattooed on your friend's ass cheek as the payoff for an impulsive game-room bet? Or to get 10 percent off Pac-Man-inspired techno -- and all other purchases -- at Radio-Active? To sweeten the situation further, Twin Galaxies legend Billy Mitchell and Scoreboarder Steve Kleisath will be there to keep you going level after level.
