The original 1964 Broadway show is considered such a timeless tale because its roots are firmly planted in tradition itself. Its a musical about love, family, and faith in a constantly changing society. Not unlike the everyday struggle to accept new culture while clutching on to our own. Still, who could possibly replace the actor Chaim Topol, who has been playing the role of Tevye the milkman since 1967? Sacha Baron Cohen?
