New Orleans is one of America's most amazing cities. She is a beacon of food, culture, and music in the South. Sure, there are dirty indiscretions she'd rather not talk about (cough Bourbon Street cough), but she's the kind of mistress even a wife would fall in love with. And then leave you for. And you'd be OK with that, because you would understand that New Orleans can never be contained by any one person or experience anyway. The Office is inviting us all to experience a little piece of everyone's favorite part of the city -- the food. It is having a New Orleans Beer Dinner on Tuesday that includes five courses of delicious Cajun cuisine ranging from crawfish pappardelle to roast duck to sous-vide rabbit lion and, finally, house-made beignets. But no New Orleans feast would be complete without some beer from Louisiana's very own Abita Brewery. Each course is paired with the beer that best suits it, making your dinner very well-rounded. The Office is located at 201 E. Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach, and this event costs $65, plus tax and gratuity. Call 561-276-3600, or visit theofficedelrayfl.com.
