Florida seasons might not be too different from one another, but where our seasons lack change, our festivals make up for it: Some standouts include garlic and mangoes. Well, breaking into rotation from noon to 6 p.m. this Sunday at Old School Square Cultural Arts Center (51 N. Swinton Ave., Delray Beach) will be the first Black N Bleu Art & Music Festival. In addition to the musical stylings of such bands as Uproot Hootenanny and Last Phonebooth, there will be more than 75 booths of local artists, cooks, and craftsters displaying and selling their creations. All proceeds go to the local artists and charities through organizations such as the Tri-County Humane Society and Artists of Palm Beach County. Admission is $7 for adults, and children under 14 get in free. Visit blacknbleu.com.
