Iggy Pop might have said “boo-hoo” to turning 22. But for Respectable Street, it’s party time. As it does every year, the longstanding West Palm Beach nightclub hosts a party this Saturday on the 500 block of Clematis Street. In addition to stages inside the club and on the street, neighboring venues O’Shea’s Irish Pub and the Lounge will host bands as well. In keeping with tradition, the entertainment includes one band for every year Respectable Street has been open. This year’s lineup spans from Miami (Afrobeta, the Jean Marie), all the way up to Boston (Freezepop), and many local spots in between (Kill Miss Pretty, Viva Le Vox, Leading the Heroes). And as always, the early bird gets an open bar and free pizza for the first two hours inside Respectable Street. The party starts at 8 p.m. and goes on until 4 a.m. Call 561-832-9999, or visit respectablestreet.com.
