Hall performing at Bryant Park along the Intracoastal from morning to night, with many other artists. Plus, therell be mouthwatering Caribbean food, which fuses every imaginable cuisine from Chinese, Indian, and Dutch to Amerindian and French. And dont forget the high, high spirits.
