Last month, big, muscled men in football uniforms donned pink cleats, gloves, and towels to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It didn’t stop there. The Georgia Aquarium lit up pink the entire month, restaurant employees donned pink ribbons, and the world essentially held hands in support of both victims and survivors of the deadly cancer. But just because it’s November and Breast Cancer Awareness Month is technically over doesn’t mean the support has to stop. Maggie Gunther recognizes that, and that’s why she created “Tickled Pink: A Night of Comedy” in honor of her sister Michelle, who passed away this past summer after an eight-year battle with breast cancer.

Head over to the War Memorial Auditorium (800 NE Eighth St., Fort Lauderdale) on Saturday to see this first collaborative comedy show. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., and the show starts at 8. Tickets cost $15 each, or you can get a four-pack for $45. If you really want to show support, grab a VIP ticket for $35 and you’ll get reserved seats and a swag bag and get to enter the preshow cocktail hour.
