Get in tune with the holiday spirit and give back to your community by participating in a 5K run! Raising funds and awareness for the Autism Program at Nova Southeastern University, cystic fibrosis, and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, the second-annual Merrill Lynch Bull Run 5K invites families, individuals, and teams of all ages and abilities to join this professionally timed race or simply walk around and enjoy the views of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Run for a great cause on Saturday at Huizenga Plaza, located at 32 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale. The race begins at 7:30 a.m. The entry fee is $20. Tickets can be purchased in advance at active.com for $15. One hundred percent of proceeds will be donated to charity.
