Stage Door Theatre

Situated near a supermarket, a sports bar, and a bowling alley in a Coral Springs strip mall, the Stage Door enjoys a prime location for the suburban everyman looking to expand his cultural horizons. The theater's repertoire, however, has all the edge of a circle, playing to an elderly demographic that just can't get enough Neil Simon comedies and mothballed Broadway musicals. The venue has two adjacent theaters, a stage for large-scale spectacles, and a smaller black box for intimate plays. Keep an eye on both; every now and then, a compelling piece of musical theater will emerge.
