If you couldn't afford the $100 price tag for floor seats the last time Bruce Springsteen came around back in September, you can catch about 163 minutes of him on the big screen at Cinema Paradiso on Saturday, June 12; Friday, June 18; and Saturday, June 19, when the indie theater plays London Calling: Live in Hyde Park.
The concert film captures a 2009 show, described by the London Times as "epic" and a "revved-up three-hour power drive through Springsteen's America," performed in front of about 50,000 fans at the Hard Rock Calling Festival. The show includes rare covers of the Clash and the Young Rascals.
