Dashboard Confessional's newest album, The Places You Have Come to Fear the Most, is a scalpel-sharp collection of songs that can come across like Fugazi as rendered by Simon and Garfunkel, and as scary as that sounds, it's a record that can truly be lived with, informing and illuminating every conceivable emotion.
