5. Tail Light Rebellion, Grave Sights, and Lazer Puzzy at Coastars Coffee Bar

7 p.m. Friday, April 4, at Coastars Coffee Bar, 12 S. J. St., Lake Worth. Visit Facebook. Free entrance.

Drink a latte at Coastars while bobbing your head. Tail Light Rebellion's got some confrontational folk, Grave Sights will keep it alt-chill, and Lazer Puzzy will rock it out with some bratty garage. Justin Crumpton of the latter act promised us it'd be "pretty fresh, pretty new."

Chances are, you'll be cheering "right on" between foamy sips.

4. Iggy Pop and the Stooges Tribute Show at Monterey Club

10 p.m. Friday, April 4, at Monterey Club, 2608 S. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale. Visit Facebook. $5 admission.

You may have caught a real-life glimpse of our local rock icon Iggy Pop at Sweatstock, but you can hear the sounds of the Stooges performed live by local acts the Idiots, White Dopes on Punk, Charlie Pickett, and the Joey Image Trio this weekend. The price for making your musical Iggy dreams come true? A mere $5.

3. Stay Tooned

6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, April 4 and 5, at Studio 259, 259 Goolsby Blvd., Deerfield Beach. Visit Facebook. $5 admission.

Stay Tooned is not in Wynwood, but we're pretty sure this party is going to be just as cool or cooler. Plus, there's a bunch of awesome live acts too (take that, Wynwood!). Swing on by to check out some art and jam out to music by Montage, Suns of the Morning Star, Octo Gato, and Miami's popular duo Pocket of Lollipops.

2. Freedom in the Keys Spiritual Retreat Fundraiser at 101 Club

7 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at 101 Club, 700 SW 10 Drive, Pompano Beach. Visit Facebook. $7 advance tickets, $10 at the door.

Are you feeling out of whack with the cosmos? If so, check out this spiritual retreat that's raising money for the sober living group Cocaine Anonymous. At this fundraiser, you can pay it forward (literally, with donations) while you jam out to a wide array of acts like Mylo Ranger, Sawgrass Express, and Fireside Prophets.

1. Nicaragua FIMRC Mission Trip Fundraiser in Honor of Robbie Miller

3 p.m. Sunday, April 6, at South Country Regional Park, 11200 Park Access Road, Boca Raton. Visit Facebook. $10 admission.

Former Hoot/Wisdom Recordings President Brittany Miller and her sister Rachel are hosting this event with Marina Antia in honor of their younger brother. The Miller sisters are trying to raise money to travel with Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children, an organization that gives medical aid and education to children in Third World countries. They're planning on going to Limon, Nicaragua, to vaccinate kids and provide them with medical care. Food (vegetarian options available) and music by Hoot/Wisdom artists such as Erica Morgan, Grace Kimmel, Tickets to a Blimp, Sean Dough, and Myles from Mylo Ranger will be present.
