5. Imbibe Happy Hour supporting Multiple Sclerosis Foundation at Bar Stache

5 p.m., Friday, June 6, at Bar Stache 1920's Drinking Den, 109 SW Second Ave., Fort Lauderdale.$10 suggest donation. Visit Facebook.

Earlier this week, Bar Stache hosted Jack's Joint, a blackjack tournament to raise money for the Special Olympics. And they're having yet another do-gooder event tonight to help gather funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, a service-based, nonprofit organization that offers support to those with MS and educational programs. DJ C2 will be the featured music provider and, in typical sensual Stache fashion, burlesque dancer Angeliki will perform, as well. Attendees of this fun charity event can enjoy $5 off select craft beer and half off the cocktail menu.

4. Lust For Flesh at Firehouse Pub

10 p.m., Saturday, June 7, at 1435 Powerline Rd., Pompano Beach. 18 and older, $5 cover. Visit Facebook.

As stated on the internet, Fetish Factory's Circle kicks off their first monthly event with Lust for Flesh, a "killer" fantasy. Gory costumes inspired by sinister serial killers and anything bloody are strongly encouraged.

DJs Alex Dalliance and SYNNN Syn Anna Angst will spin tunes while Val Vampyre performs as the legendary American Psycho Patrick Bateman. Don't forget to try to meet the fava bean favoring MC of the evening, Matt Havoc acting as Hannibal "the Cannibal" Lecter. We know you are "dying" to check this out.

3. DJ Skidmark, Laundry Room Squelchers with Leo Casino, the Jellyfish Brothers, Xela Zaid, Adam Matza, and others at Art on the Edge

8 p.m., Saturday, June 7, at Art on the Edge, 19 NW 7th Ave., Fort Lauderdale. No cover. Visit Facebook.

The delightfully eclectic Art on the Edge Gallery is providing a slew of musicians from all different experimental genres to play. A few artists include Laundry Room Squelchers with Leo Casino, the Jellyfish Brothers, Xela Zaid, and Adam Matza. Read more about the experimental event here.

2. Sawgrass Kin, Rat's Mouth, Grave Sights, Kukoon Norris at Propaganda Lake Worth

8 p.m., Saturday, June 6, at Propaganda Lake Worth, 6 South J St., Lake Worth. $10 for 18 and older and $5 for 21 and older. Visit Facebook.

This discounted Lake Worth par-tay not only showcases local acts for a cheap price, but offers plenty of booze options to have you drinking like you're at Bartender's Bash. Ladies get free cocktails (because, duh) while the fellas pay a mere $3 for their beverages. Live music includes the swampy Sawgrass Kin, the dark, industrial Kukoon Norris, feel-good rock by Rat's Mouth (get it? Boca Raton?) and acoustic alt-country crooner Grave Sights. If a couple $5 custom made Propatinis don't have you feeling warm and fuzzy, we're pretty sure Propaganda's melting pot of sounds will.

1. The Your Big Picture Café Variety Show

8 to 11 p.m. Friday, June 6, at Your Big Picture Café. 4900 S. University Dr., Davie. Visit Facebook.

In South Florida, when we hit up a coffee shop to watch local talent, our barets are teal and our turtlenecks have no sleeves and flamingo patterns on them. Do your best to get tropical but brooding for tonight's variety show at Your Big Picture Café. Other than the sounds, you'll encounter, plenty of natural, organic food to help you feel refreshed and centered. And fruit juices, coffee, teas, beer, and wine will keep you hydrated and hopefully a little tipsy. Don't fret if you miss it this time, host Robert Mitchell says this event is ongoing, every first Friday, and will feature more acoustic, folk, and rock artists to fit your liking.
