There's no telling how wide Jay-Z and Kanye West's "Watch the Throne" joint tour could go now that there's a flag in the sand this November at BankAtlantic Center.
The album isn't out until next Tuesday, but there's been plenty of talk about this collaborative album -- surprisingly little linking it back to Hov's Best of Both Worlds and Unfinished Business turns with R. Kelly or that one he did with Linkin Park -- and some has been positive. We liked "Otis," but Watch the Throne is entering the realm of "too big to fail," so we'll see if those reports of beef turn serious.
Right now, the lone Florida date is November 14 at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, but there's basically a week on either side of that show, so there's the prospect of a American Airlines Arena show in Miami or some sort of multiconcert stand. Just putting it out there, guys.
Hopefully the "snags" will be behind us soon enough. Just listen to Jay's verse on the "Diamonds Are Forever" remix and remember that for him, "difficult takes a day/impossible takes a week."
