Inspired or perhaps possessed by the intoxicating swag and all around baller-ness of b-movie actor (If Looks Could Kill) and former professional male model Richard Grieco, Broward hip-hop supergroup The Party Monsters revamp Tone Loc's "Funky Cold Medina" from a PG, pop rap classic about a malfunctioning aphrodisiac into a raunchy posse cut about a very successful one.
The first official PM track with all five members (Bonus, Dirty Dem, GAPS, Jabrjaw and Protoman) intact, "(I Think I'm) Richard Grieco" is a musical perversion on the law of attraction -- If I look and think like Richard Grieco and therefore believe myself to BE Richard Grieco, I will indeed possess all the sexual prowess, elevated social status and benefits of a grossly overindulgent lifestyle that come with being Richard Grieco.
And the parallels between the life of Richard Grieco and those of the Party Monster's are obvious and many, beautifully encapsulated in lines like "I get my dick blown like a cartridge", "Dinosaur eggs, I eat them everyday", "Yasmin Bleeth's straight licking on my pee hole", etc. I'm sure you get the picture, so now get the track and get on that "Richard Grieco."
