Crossfade would like to bestow the best performance at this year's Ultra Music Festival to Major Lazer -- hands down the most engaging and energetic set we witnessed in the span of two days. The album, Guns Don't Kill People... Lazers Do, was easily the most ambitious and progressive dance album to come out last year. Mashing dancehall with electro beats may seem odd, but Diplo and Switch somehow make it work. The only odd thing is we felt Major Lazer's performance should have taken place at the Bayfront Live Stage instead of the smaller Biscayne Stage.

Above is a snippet of the amazing performance. Bonus videos after the jump of sets by Sasha & Digweed, Rusko, Crookers, and Bassnectar.
