Palm Beach Sheriff's Office announced that they have arrested a 14-year-old kid for the double-homicide shooting deaths of two Boynton Beach men.

In the early morning hours last Monday, Ricky Taylor Miner, 23, and Andrew Vincent Laudano, 21, were found shot dead inside a Dodge Charger  off Verona Lakes Boulevard and Lyons Road in the Melrose Park Development in West Boynton Beach. PBSO and Fire Rescue were called to investigate a silver vehicle that had crashed.

When authorities arrived they found one of the men shot inside the Dodge, while the other was outside the vehicle.

Both men were pronounced dead at the scene. Yet, what was first reported as a crash, turned out to be a homicide. "This is a death investigation involving gunshots," said PBSO spokesman Eric Davis in a statement.

On Thursday morning, PBSO announced they had made an arrest in the case.   PBSO has not released any further information, but according to their records, both the victims were at one point each arrested on drug possession charges.

Minor was arrested in November on marijuana and synthetic drug possession with intent to sell charges, while Laudano was arrested on marijuana possession charges back in 2013.

A candlelight vigil was held for the two men by a handful of people last Wednesday.
