- Police have arrested a third and fourth suspect in an armed ring that's thought to be responsible for a Saturday-morning theft spree that covered Boynton Beach, Jupiter, and Stuart. - The Palm Beach Gardens law firm of LaBovick & LaBovick is under fire from Broward attorneys who say it is filing suits for tiny amounts of money, like $3, in what's effectively a shakedown to collect legal fees from insurers. [Palm Beach Post]
- The man who had his protest sign stolen by Ben Lubin, son of West Palm Beach Mayor Lois Frankel, says that charging Lubin with robbery may have been a bit excessive. - Denzell Johnson is the name of the 15-year-old who drowned in a Hollywood lake Friday afternoon after his canoe capsized. Hollywood Police believe it was an accident. [Sun-Sentinel]
