Yesterday we told you about a dead man that was found behind an Advance Auto Parts store in Hallandale Beach.
Police had taken two teens that were spotted fighting with the man in for questioning.
According to Hallandale Police Chief Dwayne Flournoy, Juan Xolo, 17 and Jose Carlos Llano, 14 confessed to stabbing the man with a pen.

On Thursday morning, the two teens made their first appearance in court and were officially charged with murder in the second-degree.
Also according to Flournoy, the two had some kind of transaction planned with the victim (although police are not saying what exactly the transaction was).
The transaction did not go down, but the victim apparently stilled demanded some money. Xolo and Llano instead offered the man a laptop as payment. After that, things escalated and the three got into a scuffle.
Police were called in at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday morning about an altercation going down behind the auto parts store along the 100 block of North Federal Highway in Hallandale Beach.
When they arrived on the scene, they spotted the two two teens standing over the victim, who was on the ground. When the teens spotted the police, they took off running, but were soon apprehended. Paramedics called to the scene found the man unresponsive.
According to some who live in the area, the man was homeless. His name has not been released.
Another eye witness says Xolo and Llano appeared at her door Tuesday evening, looking drunk, and asked her for cigarettes. The two teens live in the same home in Hallendale Beach.
Xolo and Llanos will be held in juvenile detention until they're due back in court on January 10th.
