That's the sketch of an alleged flasher who struck in Lauderdale Lakes a few days ago. Broward Sheriff's deputies want your help finding him. But is this really a flasher? Or an unlucky guy caught having a private moment in a public place? Here's the BSO release:

At around noon on Tuesday, July 28, a woman was walking down the stairs on the west side of the Cypress Chase North condos, located in the 3100 block of NW 47 Terrace, when she saw a stranger sitting on the stairs exposing and fondling his male anatomy. When the female victim screamed, the suspect ran in an unknown direction.

BSO deputies responded to the scene, but were not able to locate the suspect. The victim described the suspect as a black male, between 18 and 20 years old, about 5'10" tall, approximately 155 pounds, with short black hair and no facial hair.

Anyone with information about the identity and whereabouts of the suspect is asked to contact BSO Lauderdale Lakes Sgt. Richard Rossman at (954) 497-1646 or Broward Crime Stoppers, anonymously, at (954) 493-TIPS or online at browardcrimestoppers.org.
