Food from more than 40 local restaurants, some 20 wines and beers, a band of rock 'n' roll doctors, and KOOL 105.5 radio personalities are all on tap for the second-annual Legacy Place Food & Wine Experience, set for 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, April 22, at the Palm Beach Gardens complex.

The benefit for the American Lung Association, which last year raised $25,000, will take place on a closed-off Legacy Avenue lined with restaurant and wine booths, a VIP lounge, and entertainment areas at both ends of the street. A $75 VIP ticket (regular tickets cost $50) gets you into the Ketel One-sponsored lounge, where free vodka, munchies from Capital Grille, and a goody bag will be dispensed. (To purchase tickets, go here.)

Otherwise, you can sample the wares of Café Chardonnay, Ironwood Grille, Seasons 52, and more while guzzling your way through the roster of vino and brew. DJ Jean Marc will be spinning tunes, and the Entertainment Tonight band -- yes, a group of MDs -- will crank out classic rock.

Wonder if they'll cover Gov't Mule's "30 Days in the Hole."
