Here's a riddle --  what do Anthony Bourdain, cream, and pond scum have in common? They all rise to the top!

Just a few weeks ago, bad boy Bourdain placed his foot in his mouth when he told TV Guide that Paula Deen was "the most dangerous person in America."  Deen and many others, including Frank Bruni of the New York Times, fired back

Well, now that that shitstorm is over, we found out that Ecco, a division of Harper Collins,

has inked a deal with Bourdain in which the author and snarkmeister will

publish three to five titles a year, based on "his eclectic tastes."

Wow! We're expecting a children's pop-up book of all the animals Tony's

killed with his own bare hands and possibly a tome on the dangers of

eating food from Southern divas.

On another note, Bourdain and crew won a 2011 Primetime Creative Arts Emmy for Outstanding Cinematography for Nonfiction Programming. The award went to Directors of Photography Zach Zamboni and Todd Liebler for their work on the No Reservations

Haiti episode. Bourdain was with the gentlemen to collect the award.

He

also had a great time, as evidenced by the pics that wife Ottavia

Bourdain tweeted. Here's the before shot:
