Adam Seger of iPic Entertainment is a Master Mixologist. The man behind the amazing cocktail list at Tanzy is so good he was the first American to present cocktails at Moscow's The Russian Cocktail Club.
Obviously, we had to pick his brain. We spoke to Seger about his favorite spirit and what he would make for Ernest Hemingway.
