Over the past decade or so, Palm Beach has been attracting quite an impressive restaurant scene with Daniel Boulud's first locale outside of New York, Cafe Boulud; celebrity chef Clay Conley's Buccan and Imoto; and new sustainable seafood haunt PB Catch, the "island" has a number of innovative and trendy eateries catering to stylish young folks and its one-percenter winter residents.
The spiffy little island is about to get its newest addition to the already existent high-end restaurant scene, Del Frisco's Grille is opening its doors later this month.

Mark S. Mednansky, CEO of Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, just announced that the newest location of the boutique chain is slated to open at the end of September -- an official date has not yet been released.
"Palm Beach is an iconic destination with a sophisticated dining scene and old-school glamour, and we're excited to welcome guests with our genuine hospitality," said Mednansky. "Our local flavors and communal tables and bar provide the perfect ambiance for friends, locals and visitors to gather and enjoy all that the town has to offer."
Del Frisco's concept combines a traditional bar and grill with modern energetic albeit casual atmosphere and high quality fare.
Executive chef Anthony Fusco is featuring a menu with a wide range of options, such as a selection of small plates, including wood oven-baked flatbreads, pulled pork empanadas, cheesesteak egg rolls, kale and brussels sprouts salad, and blistered shishito peppers; as well as prime steaks, salads, sandwiches, and creative entrees.
In preparation of its opening, the location is hiring 125 employees. With a full benefits package, including healthcare and 401k, many of the positions have been taken, but the restaurant is still hiring. To apply, visit dfrgjobs.com.
