After the Easter basket has been riffled through on Sunday, April 8, you'll realize that Peeps and chocolate bunny ears aren't going to do the trick for your big Easter brunch and/or dinner. Thankfully, there are plenty of choices in Broward County for those who want to dine in a restaurant for Easter 2012.

Wherever you decide to go, it is strongly advised that you call for reservations sooner rather than later. Find a list of Broward restaurants serving Easter meals after the jump.

An "endless" brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with cheeses, carved meats, made-to-order omelets, eggs Benedict, sushi from SAIA, seafood, pasta, and desserts. The cost is $47 per adult and $20 for kids ages 12 and younger. Free for kids 5 and younger. Valet parking is $5.

- Big City Tavern, 609 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale. Call 954-727-0307.

Special breakfast items are banana and chocolate chip pancakes ($12) and crabcake eggs Benedict ($16). Endless mimosas cost $12 with an entrée.

The second "course" is exotic fruit sorbet with candied orange and sugared mint. Choice of entrée includes braised New Zealand lamb shank with Mediterranean herbs and spices with garden mint chimichurri and leek and potato gratin; roasted Cornish game hen, sage and onion roulade, green beans, cinnamon bread sauce, and fingerling potatoes; or crispy-seared Scottish salmon petite ratatouille with aged balsamic glaze, and grilled lemon.
