Even though, we've had ridiculous amount -- i.e. normal South Florida summer -- of rain for the past few weeks, there's a slight chance it might be clearing up for the weekend. Then again, who actually believes the forecast?

Regardless, there's a weekend full of festivities on the horizon. Whether you're looking to do something special with Dad, try your hand at some ethnic food, or just drink copious amounts of some beer, we have a list of the five most gluttonous activities in Broward and Palm Beach counties this weekend.

5. Hot Cars & Big Cigars

Boys nights out probably don't come around often enough. When you actually get the chance, you better make sure its worth your while. 3. Taste of Peru

Peruvian cuisine is, like, the new in thing. Executive Chef Chris DeGweck of Bistro 1001 is featuring a 4 course meal of Peruvian dishes with his own spin. 1. PGA Craft Beer Festival and Burger Bash

Beer and burgers are awesome. Lots of beers and burgers paired with shopping: and you have a winner for the whole family. PGA National Resort and Spa will be hosting its Secnd Annual Craft Beer and Burger Bash featuring over 50 craft beers, a burger competition, live music, and shopping.
