5. Breakfast and Conversation in French

Eat, drink, and speak a la francaise this Saturday at North Palm Beach's Paris in Town Le Cafe this Saturday. Starting at 9 a.m., French-speakers are getting together to practice their language skills. All students and native speakers are invited to attend. There is no cost to attend, but you are responsible for your own food and drink. The monthly meeting takes place at a different location approximately every four weeks. Paris in Town Le Cafe is located at 11460 U.S. Hwy. One in North Palm Beach. Call 561-626-6017, or RSVP at [email protected].

4. Sunday Brunch at the Garage VV

Saturdays are for living it up. Sundays are a day of rest and recovery. It's best to do so with a drink in hand. Every Sunday, the Garage VV in Northwood offers a chef-inspired brunch with unlimited Bloody Marys, mimosas, and bellinis every week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

3. First Friday Food Trucks

Getting everyone to agree on finding a place to eat can be a trying endeavor. The more options, the better. On the first Friday of every month from 5 to 9 p.m., Flamingo Gardens hosts the First Friday Food Trucks -- with choices for every palate. If your friends have a hard time picking something out of that lineup, you better start looking for new ones. Adult beverages are available for purchase in the beer and wine tent. Entrance and parking are free.

2. Cocktails for a Cause

Enjoy a two-hour-long indulgence in all the Tito's Handmade Vodka you can drink Friday without any guilt. Why no guilt? Because it's all for a good cause. Cocktails for Charity offers attendees two hours' worth of drinking, with 100 percent of proceeds raised benefiting the Children's Home Society of Florida. Additionally, while imbibing premium American vodka, guests will be treated to the twangy country-fried verses of Weston local Ciara Rae. This rising South Florida singer/songwriter engages audiences with a sassy stage presences that competes with Miss Miranda Lambert. On top of local country music and handmade vodka, there are also tons of games, raffles, and prizes to look forward to. This philanthropic good time starts at 5:30 p.m. and lasts until 7:30 Friday, at America's Backyard. Alex Rendon

1. Sexy Saint-Tropez

Time to pull out those passports yet again. St. Tropez is the next stop on the 'Tour du Monde.' On Saturday, Pistache French Bistro is visiting the Cote D'Azur with "French Riviera" cuisine, a live DJ, and a sexy swimwear fashion show. Ooh la la. At the end of the evening, ten lucky guests will also receive a pair of complimentary tickets with their check to an advanced screening of The Hundred-Foot Journey, taking place at Regal Royal Palm on Aug. 4.
