Georgie's Alibi burger maestro Ron Kerr confirms that tomorrow, he'll be serving his award-winning burgers in his new rig calledBites GastroTruck at the weekly food truck roundup at Seminole Hard Rock Casino beginning at 5:30 until 10 p.m. Kerr's menu consists of flat-top cooked burgers for $7.50 offered with an array of basics for free and fancy toppings like egg or thick-cut bacon for an extra buck. As the case was while cheffing at Alibi, meat for burgers is ground daily from K&G Brothers."It's the best I can find," he told Clean Plate Charlie.Kerr was convinced

to start his own food truck by BurgerBeast Sef Gonzalez, a driving force behind the area's food truck scene. Kerr will stay on to consult with Georgie's Alibi. And in further food truck news, for the third time this season, "the mystery van is not looking good." Nacho Bizness got rear ended last night, coupled with the misfortune of a broken air conditioning and a dead battery. This is one cursed truck it seems, with breakdowns logged on July 21 and August 24. Nacho Bizness owner Aaron Byers says on the truck's Facebook page he will be up and running by tomorrow night's event. The Nacho Bizness Korean pulled pork taco was nominated "Best Taco" for this year's New Times "Best Of" award.
