It seems as though food-truck owners finally got hip to foodies in Broward County. With a weekly food-truck roundup every Thursday at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and various others scattered throughout the week (look out for food trucks in Cypress Creek and Pembroke Pines later in the week), there's a lot more food-truck love around town. To sweeten the pot, a new weekly food-truck roundup debuts tonight in Hollywood.

Starting tonight and every other Monday, food trucks will serve dinner

at Arts Park in Hollywood's Young Circle. From 5:30 to 10 p.m., you can

get your fill from almost two dozen food trucks.  As with many food

truck roundups in Broward County, get there early if you can to avoid

lines. Another strategy is to avoid the "herd" mentality and try a truck

that may have a shorter line. Who knows? You might find a new favorite.

Trucks

serving dinner tonight include Big Kahuna, CheeseMe, Churro Mania, Dim Ssäm á GoGo, Dolci Pecatti, the Fish Box, the Flying Saucer, Grill

Master Cafe, Jefe's Original Fish Taco, Latin Burger, Latin House Grill, the MexZican Gourmet, Moty's Grill, Mr. Good Stuff, Ms. Cheezious,

Nacho Mama's, the Red Koi, the Rolling Stove, Slow Food Truck, and Sugar

Yummy Mama.
