The Pineapple Grove District in Delray Beach is finally coming into its own. Just a touch north of Atlantic Avenue, the sleepy section was redone a couple of years ago but has only just started to attract business. And so far the attraction has proved ethnic: Joining Kyoto Sushi and Sake Lounge, House of Siam (25 NE Second Ave., Delray Beach, 561-330-9191) recently opened off the same courtyard. The restaurant's Thai food -- papaya salad, ginger-rice soup, curry lobster -- is perfectly suited to our sticky climate. What's that? Summer got your appetite? Then stop by the patio for a snack of Thai iced coffee and Thai donuts -- a refreshing change from the more commercial coffee bars in the vicinity.Hadley Hooper
