Get ready to go "pinot polar" with Ramona Singer, one of Bravo's Real Housewives of New York City, who will be in North Palm Beach today promoting her new signature wine.

Dubbed simply "Ramona Singer Pinot Grigio," the happening housewife will be in town to celebrate the distribution of her signature sips throughout South Florida and hosting her wine tasting at Entre Nous Bistro, the New American Bistro and popular neighborhood eatery in North Palm Beach.

Singer will be available for pictures, as well as a personalized wine label signing, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Singer describes her wine as having only "the best pinot grapes" from the Veneto region of Italy. It is currently available in five states, now including Florida. Click here for a list of local retailers if you're interested in sipping along with Singer while watching Season 4 of Real Housewives of New York City, which airs Thursday at 10 p.m. EST on Bravo.

Entre Nous Bistro features a full bar, boutique-style wine list and daily happy hour drink specials. There is also a three-course Prix Fixe that includes a choice of salad, entree and dessert for $24. Both happy hour and prix fixe are available Monday through Saturday, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Last seating is at 6:15 p.m., and reservations are recommended. To reserve a table in advance call (561) 863-5883, or for more information visit the restaurant's website.
