"We will be introducing blueberry as a flavor in the next week or two. Beyond that we will have a new flavor every other month or so. Also in the next few weeks we will offer the plain coconut flavor," says Trevor Jones, Green Bar & Kitchen's General Manager.
They picked this blend so they could offer an alternative for customers concerned about soy intake. It's dairy-free and gluten-free, too.
If you're wondering about the full list of ingredients, they include organic coconut milk, organic evaporated cane juice, brown rice syrup, organic rice milk powder, tapioca starch, tri-calcium phosphate, sunflower lecithin, natural Madagascar vanilla, organic guar gum, organic locust bean gum, carrageenan, probiotic Bbend, vitamin D2.
"I think the texture is better than the previous ice cream," adds Jones.
The new deliciousness runs $2.99 for a bowl or gluten-free cone.
