Florida Panthers Team Captain Ed Jovanovski is not afraid to get behind the burner and start cooking -- especially when the result helps raise funds and awareness for pediatric cancer research.

Jovanovski has partnered with the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood to create the Jovo Burger.

The burger is a savory sandwich that contains a 10 ounce patty of certified Angus beef, topped with fresh spinach, caramelized onions, ground seasonal sausage, sauteed jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and tomato and it's available only on the Hard Rock Hollywood menu.

The Panthers defenseman and captain created the burger to help support

the Florida Panthers Foundation in the fight against pediatric cancer. The Foundation will receive two dollars for

every burger sold.

"I'm excited and honored that Hard Rock Cafe

gave me the chance to create my own burger and also to support a great

cause," said Jovanovski.
