This week in Dish we skip our ordinary review in favor of an interview with South Beach Wine & Food guru, Lee Schrager.
Schrager, a former rep for Southern Wine & Spirits, created the festival 10 years ago, which has since grown into one of the world's premier food and wine festivals. He's just released a cookbook that gathers recipes from all those years, publishing over 100 different dishes from 100 chefs.
