Another week, another pair of tickets to give away. New Times annual wine and food event Pairings is coming up fast on Thursday, September 13 at the Broward County Convention Center.

Last week we gave away two pairs of passes to two artistically inclined readers. We had a lot of fun judging the many submissions, but this week we thought we'd make things a little less challenging while giving you the opportunity to provide us with some feedback.

This week all we are asking you to do is like Clean Plate Charlie on Facebook and leave a comment. If you already like us, you're halfway there.

You can leave your comment either here on the blog or on Facebook. Let us know what kinds of food news you'd like to see us cover. Do you want to see more celebrity news? More local news? Restaurant reviews? Food events? Something we haven't even thought of yet? Do you know of a local place that we don't? Or maybe you love what we do and would like to just say, "Good jobs, guys." (Everyone could use a little encouragement now and then.)

Say whatever you'd like to say and we will put your name into our figurative hat to be randomly chosen for a pair of general admission Pairings passes. The winner will be announced this Friday.

Visit the official Pairings page for more information. General admission is $50 online (until noon September 13) or $60 at the door (or free if you win!). A VIP pass is $90 online or $100 at the door gets you in an hour early, a larger wine glass for gratuitous sampling, and admission to the VIP lounge where you'll find comfortable seating and some specially selected food and wine pairings.

KEEP NEW TIMES FREE... Since we started New Times, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of South Florida, and we'd like to keep it that way. Your membership allows us to continue offering readers access to our incisive coverage of local news, food, and culture with no paywalls. You can support us by joining as a member for as little as $1.
