The 4th Annual Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival, sponsored by Creekstone Farms, is coming December 7. This event is slated to have tastings from the best and most exclusive restaurants in Palm Beach.

A highlight of the event will be the "Grand Chef Throwdown" where the two most

popular applicants will participate in a head-to-head cooking challenge

with Howard "The Bulldog" Kleinberg, proprietor of Bulldog BBQ in Sunny Isles and a contestant on the Bravo show


Top Chef. The grand prize is $10,000 prize.

But hurry and fire up your Facebook page if you want to compete. To enter, you have to become a

fan of The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival on Facebook, and

submit a 150 word or less comment on the fan page wall telling

everyone why you are worthy of this Throwdown competition. The two chefs

with the most "likes" will be entered into the Grand Chef Throwdown!



But if you just want to eat, not cook, no problem. There are

both general admission tickets ($50; entry starts at 7 p.m.) and VIP ($75, CORRECTION: VIP tickets cost $100,

starts at 6 pm; and allows time with Kleinberg. International Polo Club is the sponsor of the VIP Tastemakers' Lounge.). The event takes place in the shops and courtyard

at 150 Worth Avenue in Palm Beach.
