This week through Saturday, June 4th, enjoy sushi while helping raise funds for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital during "Nicky's Week" at Ra Sushi's Pembroke Pines and Palm Beach Gardens locations.

The restaurant will donate 100% of the proceeds from the sale of a variety of special menu items and beverages to St. Jude, the nation's top children's cancer research center.

The special "Nicky's Week" menu includes: Edamame, Tootsy Make, Shrimp Nigiri, Pork Gyoza, Tuna Tataki, Chicken Yakitori and a selection of special cocktails.

Nicky's Week was started in memory of 13 year-old Nickolas "Nicky" Maillard of Scottsdale, Arizona, a St. Jude patient who lost his battle with brain cancer. Ra Sushi's headquarters are in Scottsdale and Nicky was the nephew of one of Ra's founders. This fundraiser is held at all of Ra Sushi's locations to raise funds and awareness for St. Jude's Hospital.

St. Jude's, located in Memphis Tennesee, is a children's hospital where no child is turned away because of a family's inability to pay for medical treatments. Ra Sushi hopes to raise over $125,000 this week.
