Chef Roy Villacrusis is co-hosting a pop-up with Treasure Coast's Eric Grutka on Sunday, June 24 at 6 p.m.

Chef Villacrusis is taking his talents to chef Grutka's kitchen at Ian'sTropical Grill (2875 S.E. Ocean Boulevard) in Stuart for the travel-themed evening which features cocktail pairings, communal tables, and multiple courses of great food.

Though the menu is subject to change due to fluctuating supplies and the whims of the chefs (if at the last minute they see a fresher, better ingredient, they'll make substitutions), count on a culinary journey as the chefs prepare dishes using ingredients and flavors from their favorite spots on the map.

Each course will be paired with a cocktail, wine, or beer (included in the dinner price).

The price is $100 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity and dinner is limited to only 60 people. Advance tickets are strongly suggested and can be purchased by calling 772-334-4563.

If for some

reason you miss this dinner (and the only reason we can think of is

that your round-the-world-cruise doesn't get back into town until the

beginning of July), look out for another Roy Villacrusis pop-up at Talay

Thai with chef Charlie Soo, as well as the chef's extended sushi pop-up

in West Palm Beach.

Here's the working menu. Now please put your trays in the upright position and prepare your mouth for takeoff:

"Cured" by chef Roy & "Smoked" by chef Eric
