Cooking Class with Chef Jean-Pierre
Learn how to be a culinary master with a five-part cooking series with Chef Jean-Pierre at his culinary school (1436 N. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale). The third class of the series, called “Sauces and More Sauces,” is this week at 7:30 p.m. and will be held every Monday through February 8. Rum Dinner
Valentino Cucina Italiana (620 S. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale) will be hosting a rum dinner for $150 per person. The cocktail reception is at 6:30 p.m. with the dinner at 7. The dinner is three courses and includes free cocktails at the reception. Call 954-523-5767 for reservations.

Fantastic Four Burger-Eating Challenge
Think you’re up for the Fantastic Four Challenge at Tarpon Bend (200 SW Second St., Fort Lauderdale)? At 9 p.m., contestants will be try to eat a four-patty-high burger in 20 minutes. You can call 954-523-3233 to enter, but if you wish to just watch, you can also enjoy $5 Burger Night, which starts at 5 p.m. The winner will receive a Fantastic 4 T-shirt, a wall-of-fame photo, and a $25 bar tab. Nacho Bizness Taco Takeover
Lauderale (3305 SE 14th Ave., Fort Lauderdale) is offering guests $1 off of tacos, $3 off of Heisenberg, El Nino & Mr. Whites, and $6 Sangria. This is from 4 to 11 p.m. Visit Lauderale.co.

Sonoma Cider Event and Coloring Contest
Starting at 7 p.m., Tap 42 (1411 S. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale) will host a coloring contest with prizes for the top three places. On tap is the Pully, the Washboard, the Anvil, Dry Zider, and the Pitchfork from Sonoma Cider. Visit Tap42.com.

Bull Market Celebrates 50,000 Burgers

Moroccan Dinner in the Garden

Beer Social
Social House (512 Lucerne Ave., Lake Worth) will host a beer social featuring a minitour of breweries with a representative from Due South, Barrel of Monks, and Wynwood Brewing Co.
