The weekend might be over, but there are still plenty of weekday food and drink events in South Florida to keep you busy. Whether you're looking to make some cheapo meals, eat an elegant wine dinner, or check out a sour beer mini-fest, there's something to do in Broward and Palm Beach counties this week.

Monday:

Meals Under $20
Grocery shopping just got a hell of a lot easier. Whole Foods in Fort Lauderdale (2000 N. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale) will be showing guests how to make meals under $20. From 4 to 6 p.m. in the Produce Department, a culinary demo specialist will show you easy-to-duplicate recipes. Visit WholeFoods.com.

Tuesday:

Taco Tuesday
Just because Cinco de Mayo is over doesn’t mean you can’t eat like it's May 5. 13 American Table (451 E. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton) will allow you to chomp down on some tacos for cheap: $3, to be exact. Tequila for $7 only sweetens this foodie deal. Visit mainstreethub.com/13americantable.
Wednesday:

Funky Buddha in Boca Raton (2621 N. Federal Highway, Boca Raton) will host a sourfest to get you through the middle of the week. Of course, the brewery will be offering their own Berliners in flavors peach, blackberry, dry hopped, mango, and strawberry. Visit TheFunkyBuddha.com.

Wine Dinner at Bistro Ten Zero One
Starting at 7 p.m., Bistro Ten Zero One (1001 Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach) will showcase an elegant four-course dinner paired with complementing wine. Admission is $50. Visit Bistro1001.com, or call 305-929-3463.
