No big surprise that this week is all about the turkey and the pre-turkey partying (find more details about all that in the links below). But if you've already got a house filled with out-of-town guests you'll need ways to keep them occupied until the main event. After the jump find a few food and drink related happenings taking place this week in Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Ben's Kosher Delicatessen anniversary party
You know season is here because the Sunday night lines are already ridiculous for this New York favorite. See what all the fuss is about (assuming you can get in and grab a table) during Ben's anniversary party from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Former Miami Dolphins linebacker Larry Ball is set to appear at the Boca Raton restaurant.
Special beer event
Get your whimsical Brit brew on Tuesday evening at World of Beer Coconut Creek, when Wychwood Brewery's Hobgoblin and Monty Python Holy Grail are featured on draft. For $15, drink the beer from a special take-home ceramic mug. The event begins at 7 p.m.
Wednesday
Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar anniversary party
The Boca Raton outpost of Rocco Mangel's popular Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar will mark its third birthday on Wednesday with singing, dancing, and mas tequila. The party -- which also happens to fall on Thanksgiving Eve -- includes drink specials on margaritas, beer, and free tequila when Mangel is up on the bar dancing. The party rages from 5 p.m. to closing.
