With more than 70 trucks on the South Florida food truck scene, we know how difficult it can be to choose which truck to patronize. Each week, we're featuring a different truck, so you can get to know them. This week, we're highlighting dessert truck Sugar Rush.

No matter what truck you and your friends eat at, chances are you're going to want a sweet treat to end the evening. That's where Sugar Rush comes in. The truck is an extension of south Miami-based sweetness Bake Shop. Owner Stephanie Diaz is so in love with her cupcakes, she has one tattooed on her arm -- that's dedication!

Cupcakes are an economical $1.10 each, and flavors vary daily (standouts include the Irish Car Bomb made with Guinness stout, the Meyer Lemon, and Maple Bacon). Individual-sized crème brûlées ($3.25) and Krispy Kreme bread pudding ($3.50) make great happy endings to a meal.

Sugar Rush also serves milk shakes ($4.50) in vanilla or chocolate, designed to beat the heat, or the Cake n' Shake ($5), a concoction made from your choice of vanilla or chocolate ice cream, blended with milk and your choice of red velvet, vanilla, or chocolate cake, topped with whipped cream and sprinkles.

The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino hosts its weekly food truck roundup tonight with free parking, movies under the stars, and plenty of food trucks. Trucks serve from 5:30 to 10 p.m., and choices range from burgers and tacos to Asian fusion and Mexican -- pretty much something for everybody. Trucks include: Catered Bliss, CheeseMe, Dim Ssäm á GoGo, Divan Bakery, Dolci Pecatti, the Fish Box, the Flying Saucer, Grillmaster Cafe, Jefe's Original Fish Taco, Latin Burger, Latin House Grill, the MexZican Gourmet, Miso Hungry, Moty's Grill, Mr. Good Stuff, Ms. Cheezious, Nacho Mama's, the Red Koi, El Rey de las Fritas, El Rincon del Coqui, the Rolling Stove, Snow Caps, and Sugar Rush. It all takes place to 1 Seminole Way in Hollywood.
