Have you ever shopped at Trader Joe's and looked longingly at the "crew members" decked out in their Hawaiian shirts and leis? Did you secretly wish you could be among that group of happy people, as you scurried your way back to your Office Space-style cubicle?

Or maybe you've been obsessed with the opportunity to "ring the bell" at Trader Joe's -- happily telling other "crew members" that a customer needs assistance in cryptic nautical terms.

If you're consumed with all things Trader Joe's and want to join them as a "trader on the high seas", proudly sporting colorful tropical gear as you assist shoppers in finding the last jar of cookie butter or helping them place a case of "Two Buck Chuck" into their mini van, you're in luck.

Trader Joe's in Delray Beach is hiring.

From Friday, August 1 through Sunday, August 3, Trader Joe's in Delray Beach will begin accepting applications for opening crew. Interested applicants need to apply in person at the Hyatt Place Delray Beach (104 NE 2nd Ave) from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Applicants can obtain an application on-site or download one at traderjoes.com .

The Monrovia, California-based company seems like a great place to work, too. In addition to those snazzy Tiki-inspired uniforms, Trader Joe's offers medical, dental, and vision coverage to eligible "crew members". TJ's also boasts a paid time off plan, a retirement plan, and a 10% crew member discount on everything in the store.

The Delray Beach store, located at 1851 S. Federal Highway, opens on Friday, September 5 at 8 a.m. Expect live music, samplings of everything from coffee to ice cream to wine (in the morning, sure), and a lei around your neck!
