Hidden in a dark parking lot within earshot of airplanes landing at FLL is Bimini Bay Bar -- the czar of all dive bars, the sultan of all things skanky. The underground watering hole relishes in the fact that it is a bit obscure and unknown to the general public. Heck, the banner outside the building proudly reads "located somewhere in Ft. Lauderdale." This is probably because it is serving more than just beer.

Once patrons enter the smoke-filled, cash-only establishment, they're

greeted with undergarments stapled to the ceiling and adult

films playing on the television above the bar. The young lady performing

fellatio in the porno is likely to look familiar to you, and after

ordering a $2.25 Miller Lite, you'll realize why. Yep, the bartender

and the porn star are the same person; everyone just got an eyeful of

her mouth wrapped around something similar to the neck of your beer

bottle just a few moments prior. It's no wonder that the risqué haunt

opted not to have windows.

The porno won't be the only extraordinary sight you will witness. During one visit, I observed celebrity OMG Mike from the Paul and

Young Ron Morning Show handcuffed to a colorful woman while his

sidekick, Webby, shot video for a radio show stunt. Seasoned veterans of

the bar didn't as much as flinch at the sight of two people locked to each other. And why would they? At Bimini Bay Bar, it's perfectly normal to see bartenders picking dollar bills

off the counter with their breasts or customers participating in an

unusual game called "Cooter Ball." Intrigued? You'll have to see

these things yourself to believe them.

A trip to Bimini may not be for the weak of stomach or sound of mind.

But if you are open to some of the jaw-dropping sights, you will find a

friendly neighborhood bar with cheap beer (it doesn't sell wine or

liquor), excellent service, and even better conversations. If you are

moved to do some investigative research to discover its location, you

can find more deets by clicking here.

Bimini Bay Bar is open noon to 3 a.m.

on Fridays and Saturdays and noon to 2 a.m. all other weeknights. See you at

12:01 tomorrow, if you can find it.
