Good news for fans of wine pairings: The Gold Medal Wine Tour, a for-charity, touring wine event taking place at classy restaurants across South Florida, is making a stop at Jan Jorgensen's latest joint Two Chefs Too on September 24 (this Wednesday). For $150 (payable directly to charitable organizations like End Childhood Hunger), diners will get a five-course meal concocted by Jorgensen to compliment the five wines selected by the organization. But just how are these wines selected? Well, the GMT claims that the wines are the best in America selected by judges that are "accomplished wine experts. Educators, wine writers, savvy buyers, and certified sommeliers." Interesting credentials. A complete list of the 2008 wines is not available on their website, but we've got a request in to them and will post the results as soon as they are available. In the mean time, take a look at the Two Chefs Too menu and wine list after the jump, plus a list of the three other South Florida restaurants the GMT will hit up.
