Amavi Cellars and Pepper Bridge Winery will showcase their output alongside chefs Zach Bell and Matthew Petersen's cuisine. The four-course meal will run $85, not including tax and gratuity. Reservations can be made here.

First course:
Tempura laughing bird shrimp with yellow dal, frozen grapefruit, fresh coriander, and lemongrass-infused melon
Paired with Amavi Cellars Semillon 2008

Second course:
Seared steelhead with spice-roasted root vegetables and chestnut foam
Paired with Pepper Bridge Winery Merlot 2006

Third course:
Cold smoked and grilled boneless quail with fresh corn tamale, black mole paint, and chili en nogado
Paired with Amavi Cellars Syrah, 2006

Fourth course:
Spiced pear charlotte with orange marmalade and white grape-hibiscus sorbet
Paired with Amavi Cellars Semillon Late Harvest 2006
