Starting tonight, Wellington will have a new Thursday evening family dinner spot when Food Truck Invasion hosts a weekly gourmet roundup.

The event, which starts Thursday, November 9, encourages picnickers, friends, and families to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and an appetite to Wellington Amphitheatre Park (12150 Forest Hill Boulevard) from 5:30 p.m. - 10 p.m., where over a dozen colorful trucks will serve everything from Philly steaks and tacos to cupcakes and sticky buns.

The weekly event will also feature a D.J. tonight and live music in the future.
