Hukilau 2014 at Mai-Kai in Fort Lauderdale

South Florida's premiere event for tiki-lovers, the Hukilau, returned this past week, bigger and even more retro than ever before. With an additional day of activities, Hukilau was able to pack in more live acts, symposiums, and even mermaids (of the fire-eating variety) to its itinerary. But the epicenter of the Hukilau action, as it is every year, was Fort Lauderdale's Mai-Kai.
