Psychic on the Lam Totally Called ItThe Broward Sheriff's Office is on the hunt for Gina Marie Marks, a psychic who they say ripped off her clients by promising to cleanse their souls. First off, the last time I went to Gina Marie Marks for a soul cleansing, she totally called this! I mean, she didn't say specifically that deputies would be chasing her on fraud charges. What she technically said was that the minor charge I'm facing for streaking through the Galleria Mall will result in some comm

  • Fort Lauderdale Commission Candidate Jim Lewis Makes A Mockery of Justice

Jim Lewis wants to be a Fort Lauderdale commissioner and is running for a seat in the upcoming election. Lewis thinks he deserves your trust. He should think again -- and so should you. Lewis is an attorney who I have seen undercut justice time and time again with one of his most reliable clients, Gina Marie Marks. You might remember her name. She's the Gypsy fraud artist who published a bogus book with Harper Collins under the name of Regina Milbourne. Marks has been runni

  • Jim Lewis Responds To The Pulp

So Fort Lauderdale lawyer Jim Lewis, who is running commission, contacted the Pulp about the post below wherein I criticize him for his role in the Gina Marie Marks saga. • Gina Marie Marks Convicted!

I've been writing for a long while about the exploits about Gina Marie Marks, aka Regina Milbourne, the author of the sham book Miami Psychic and veteran Gypsy con artist. I first exposed her on this here blog a little while back.  Well, this morning she appeared before Circuit Judge Cynthia Imperato and pleaded guilty to a felony fraud count and agreed to pay back $65,000 from several victims. She was sentenced to probation. I received the following from
