Calendar editor John Linn was very sick this weekend. I know this not because he told me (he did tell me, but he's tricky), but because he was unable to fulfill his duties as a judge in this year's Beer-Offs, held Saturday at the Coral Springs Whole Foods. This second annual tournament had different brews from all over the country going heads-up in a bracket-style showdown, with about 50 people judging each round.
